American, Early 19th Century. The cornice top having drop sphere finials and a carved leaf motif, the reverse-painted glass tablet with a medallion featuring a bird with grapes and flowers flanked by cascading grape vines with grape clusters over a vertical rectangular mirror, the sides with eglomise glass decorated with leaves between double twisting rod pilasters, with corner blocks at bottom. 44"h. 26"w.

Provenance: From the Lifetime Collection of Mark and Sandy Keily.

  • Condition: The reverse-painted glass panel has broken but is repaired. The frame has some losses and repairs.
