American (Pennsylvania), 19th Century. Cherry with tiger maple banded inlay. Dovetailed bonnet with broken arch pediment, turned urn finial, pilasters and arched door. Case with cove moldings under bonnet and at waist, reeded pilasters, chamfered cornered and turned feet. Painted metal face with floral decoration, Eight-day brass movement, moving moon dial, sweeping second hand, pendulum, weights and key. 95.75"h. 18.5"w. 9"d.
