CONNECTICUT TALL CASE CLOCK BY PHINEAS PRATT (1747-1813).
American (Saybrook, Connecticut), circa 1768. Cherry. Flat top bonnet, cove molded cornice with dentil course, arched doors and three quarter turned pilasters. Case with cove moldings under bonnet and at waist, lambs tongue chamfers with fluting, overlapping door with tombstone top, bracket feet with cyma shaped apron. Painted metal face, brass works, pendulum and weights. Refinished. 81"h 20"w. 11.25"d. From the lifetime collection of Joanne & Dr. David Woodyard, Granville, Ohio.
